Every call button books travel planning
Every "Book a Call" and "Book a Discovery Call" button opens a Calendly event called "30-minute travel planning consultation", including the main button under "Executive Virtual Assistant" at the top. A founder who came for inbox and calendar help lands on a booking page about travel and may think they're in the wrong place. Decide which service you want the most enquiries for (someone in your thread asked the same), then either make the main button book a general "30-minute discovery call" or add a second Calendly event, so each service section books its own call. It's a ten-minute change and it fixes the moment where a visitor is closest to saying yes.
Give each service a starting point
There are no prices or package shapes anywhere, so a founder can't tell whether you work by the hour, on a monthly retainer or per trip. One line each is enough, for example "Executive support: from X hours a month" and "Trip planning: per itinerary, from $Y", using whatever numbers you choose.
Match the order to your priority
The top line leads with executive assistance, but the first services section is all travel. If ongoing VA work matters most, move it first.
Remove the builder badge
Remove the "Edit with Lovable" badge in the corner, and once you have one real client (even a small one), add a single named quote above the demonstrations.
What still stands
- The portfolio is honest: "Sample projects are clearly labelled as demonstrations of how I work. No client names or confidential details are shown." For someone handling a founder's inbox, that's the right first impression.
- Small details show care: the visa section says approval rests with the authorities and can't be guaranteed, and the four-step process (Discovery, Planning, Coordination, Follow-Through) tells a busy client what working together feels like.
- There are plenty of ways to reach you (form, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Calendly), and the contact form asks which kind of support someone needs.
Your next task
Fix the booking link today (a general discovery call, or one Calendly event per service), add one starting-price line per service, then share the update in your thread and ask: "Would you book a call from this?"
In 30 seconds: Strength: Honestly labelled sample projects, a clear four-step process and careful wording on visas. Fix first: Every 'Book a Call' button, including the executive-assistant one, opens a travel-planning consultation; give each service the right booking link. Then: A starting price or package per service, lead with the service you want most, remove the builder badge.
No promises. These are the changes we'd make first, from the public page alone. None guarantees a sale; most first digital products sell modestly or not at all, and traffic matters as much as the page. Are you the maker and want this taken down or updated? Tell us through our contact form (topic "Other") and we'll do it the same day.
