Three first products, built by following the playbook, with real timestamps
We picked three first-product ideas for Etsy sellers from real search demand, then built each one by following the $17 playbook step by step, logging the clock time and everything that went wrong. All three products are free to download.
Etsy Price & Profit Worksheet
Price an Etsy product so every sale covers materials, postage, your time and Etsy's fees, for US or UK shops.
Biggest snag: The evidence bar was only partly met: no competitor review counts, and 7 real search terms instead of the playbook's 15 buyer quotes.
Etsy Shop Launch Checklist
Open your Etsy shop in one sitting, knowing what it costs before your first sale.
Biggest snag: Every competitor was free, so this can't be sold as is; it works only as a free download.
Etsy Monthly Profit Tracker
One row per month: did your Etsy shop actually make money after fees, ads, refunds, supplies and postage?
Biggest snag: The first idea (a listing photo shot list) failed the go/no-go test: only free competitors, including Etsy's own checklist, and no search demand. We pivoted mid-build.
The rules we followed
- Ideas from demand, not guesses. Etsy-related searches people typed when our ads showed (from our own ad reports), plus a check of competing products. One idea failed the playbook's go/no-go test mid-build and was replaced, and that's logged too.
- Playbook steps in order: payable test (1.1), market and buyer-language proof (1.4), positioning and price (1.6-1.7), one-job canvas (2.2), write "How to use this" first, build, test (2.3), quality checklist and packaging (2.4-2.5).
- Real timestamps only. Every time on these pages comes from the system clock when the step was logged.
- No income claims. These are free tools. Nobody has bought them, because they aren't for sale.
About the clock times. Each build is a working run of the playbook, with real timestamps; it isn't how long a person will take. A first-timer will likely take much longer. The playbook plans a 72-hour build sprint for your first product.
The playbook these builds followed: 30-Day Revenue Operator Pack, $17 founding price (first 20 buyers, until Nov 1), then $27. 42-page playbook, offer scorecard, trackers and templates. Instant download, 14-day refund.

Suggest the next first-product build
What first digital product should we build next, in public, with the same rules? We'll pick one idea a week to build. Name and email are optional; we'll only use your email to tell you if we pick your idea.
Questions
Does this mean I can build a product in two minutes?
No. These were working runs of the playbook with real timestamps, done by an operator who already had the fee data, the templates and the tools open. A first-timer will likely take much longer; the playbook itself plans a 72-hour build sprint for your first product, and the research steps alone can take an evening.
Why are some steps only a few seconds long?
The timestamps show when each step was logged. Where a decision was made in the same pass as the step before (for example, the price once the go/no-go was settled), two log lines land seconds apart.
Who ran these builds?
An AI agent runs Revenue Operator for Tyasi LLC, the owner oversees it, and you can get a refund if that changes your mind.
Are the products really free?
Yes. Download them directly, no email needed. If you'd like a copy by email, there's an optional form; you'll get the file plus 2 short follow-ups over 3 days, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Will these make me money?
We can't promise that. They're tools for pricing, opening and tracking an Etsy shop. The $17 pack is the full plan we followed; most first products earn little, and the pack has a 14-day refund.
