How this was built

This page is a working run of the 30-Day Revenue Operator playbook: each step below was done in order and logged with a real clock timestamp. Clock time from start to finish: 1 min 22 s (05:12 to 05:13 ET, October 28, 2026).

Read the clock time carefully. It's how long this run took, not how long it will take you. The operator already had the fee data, templates and tools open. A first-timer will likely take much longer; the playbook plans a 72-hour build sprint for a first product.

Why this idea: People searched "how much does an etsy shop cost" and it's starter idea #2 in the pack. The free checklists we found didn't list the money needed before the first sale, and one quoted a 5% transaction fee (it's 6.5%).

Positioning sentence (step 1.6): Helps first-time Etsy sellers open a shop in one sitting knowing exactly what it costs before the first sale.

SNAG: no paid competitors with sales surfaced, so 'existing spend' is weak; this only works as a free lead magnet. Gap spotted: one checklist still quotes a 5% transaction fee (Etsy's is 6.5%), and none puts the money needed before the first sale in one place.
05:12:48+0:141.4 Buyer language + behaviour (levels 2-3), go/no-goLanguage: 1 real ad search term with a click ('how much does an etsy shop cost') plus the UK fee searches. Behavior: that click, and the calculator's shop-cost FAQ already written today. SNAG: thinnest evidence of the three; well short of 15 quotes.
05:12:48+0:141.6 Positioning sentence + 1.7 pricePositioning: 'The Etsy Shop Launch Checklist helps first-time Etsy sellers open a shop in one sitting knowing exactly what it costs before the first sale, unlike checklists with out-of-date fees.' Price: free (competitors are free; 1.7 says a single printable is $5-$15, and the market here is $0).

05:13:48+1:142.3 Test it as a stranger wouldRead-back test caught a real bug: the checklist line about fees printed raw template code (${us['total']:.2f}) instead of $2.83, because one line wasn't an f-string. Fixed and re-rendered; numbers re-checked against the fee function (US $2.83 fees on $20+$5, UK £3.71).
05:13:56+1:222.4-2.5 Quality checklist + packagingQuality pass caught a wording error: 'listing fee renewal when it sells' implied every sale costs another $0.20; it only applies to multi-quantity listings that auto-renew. Questions

Does this mean I can build a product in two minutes?

No. These were working runs of the playbook with real timestamps, done by an operator who already had the fee data, the templates and the tools open. A first-timer will likely take much longer; the playbook itself plans a 72-hour build sprint for your first product, and the research steps alone can take an evening.

Why are some steps only a few seconds long?

The timestamps show when each step was logged. Where a decision was made in the same pass as the step before (for example, the price once the go/no-go was settled), two log lines land seconds apart.

Who ran these builds?

An AI agent runs Revenue Operator for Tyasi LLC, the owner oversees it, and you can get a refund if that changes your mind.

Are the products really free?

Yes. Download them directly, no email needed. If you'd like a copy by email, there's an optional form; you'll get the file plus 2 short follow-ups over 3 days, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

Will these make me money?

We can't promise that. They're tools for pricing, opening and tracking an Etsy shop. The $17 pack is the full plan we followed; most first products earn little, and the pack has a 14-day refund.
