Terms of Sale and Use
These terms cover this website (getrevenueoperator.com), the free guide and the 30-Day Revenue Operator Pack. By using the site or buying the pack, you agree to them.
Who we are
The site and products are provided by Tyasi LLC, doing business as Revenue Operator ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@getrevenueoperator.com, PO Box 20324, Knoxville, TN 37940, or the contact page.
The product
The 30-Day Revenue Operator Pack is a digital product: a PDF playbook plus spreadsheet and document templates. It costs $27 USD, paid once. There's no subscription and nothing is shipped. Prices are in US dollars; any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and we never see or store your full card number. Your card statement will show REVENUEOPERATOR.
Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate: after payment you're taken to a download page for the files. If anything goes wrong with the download, email hello@getrevenueoperator.com with the email address you used at checkout and we'll send the files.
License
You may use the playbook and templates for your own projects and business, including products you create with them. Please don't resell, share, upload or redistribute the files themselves.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy.
Educational content only. No earnings claims.
Everything on this site, in the free guide and in the pack is educational. It isn't legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. We don't promise or guarantee any income or result. Most people who start a digital product business earn little or nothing; your results depend on your idea, your work and factors we don't control. Examples are illustrative, not typical results.
Free guide and emails
The free guide is free. When you request it, you agree to receive a few short emails about the method and our products. Every email has an unsubscribe link. See the privacy policy.
Limits
The site and products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Changes
