Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data getrevenueoperator.com collects, why, and who processes it. The site is run by Tyasi LLC, doing business as Revenue Operator. Contact: hello@getrevenueoperator.com, PO Box 20324, Knoxville, TN 37940.
What we collect
- Free guide sign-ups: your email address and first name (if you give it), plus which page you signed up on. Collected with Netlify Forms.
- Contact form: your name, email, topic and message. Collected with Netlify Forms.
- Purchases: Stripe processes the payment. We receive your name, email address, billing country/postal code, what you bought and the amount. We never receive your full card number.
- Email list: if you sign up, your email address (and first name) is stored in Brevo, which we use to send the guide follow-up emails.
- Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and gives us aggregate visit stats (page views, referring sites, country and device type). It doesn't use cookies, doesn't build profiles and doesn't track you across other sites.
- Server logs: our host (Netlify) and DNS provider (Cloudflare) process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
To deliver the guide or pack you asked for, send the emails you signed up for, answer support requests, process refunds, keep required tax and accounting records, and see which pages and channels are useful (aggregate stats only). We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use advertising trackers.
Who processes it for us
Netlify (website hosting and forms), Stripe (payments), Brevo (email list and sending), and Cloudflare (DNS, email forwarding and cookieless analytics). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Emails
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address (PO Box 20324, Knoxville, TN 37940). Unsubscribing takes effect right away.
How long we keep it
Email list data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Contact messages: as long as needed to help you. Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices and rights
Email hello@getrevenueoperator.com or use the contact page to see, correct or delete your data. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them. The site isn't directed at children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
