The top button is for a different buyer
Your top button is for a different buyer than your headline. The hero speaks to a small business owner, but its only button, "Book a free AI workshop", opens the same Google Form as "Request a workshop", and the page describes workshops as sessions for coworking spaces, incubators and business communities. An owner who reads the headline and clicks gets asked to organise an event for a group. Make the hero button the owner's next step, the 30-minute call you already have on Calendly ("Book a free 30-minute call about your week"), and move workshop requests to the Workshops section, where organisers will look for them.
Explain "Mugen Solutions" in one line
It's the paid offer, but it appears as a new brand name with no link to you. "Mugen Solutions is how I work with owners one-to-one" is enough.
Give the paid help a first step
There's no price, length or deliverable anywhere. Something like "Start with one task: we set it up together in two sessions, from $X" lets an owner judge it before booking.
Add one real result once you have it
"Saves an owner real hours" becomes believable with a single specific example.
What still stands
- The headline says who it's for and what you do in owner language: "You run the business. I show you where AI fits." No jargon, no hype.
- Your origin story is the strongest trust signal on the page: a family that ran restaurants for 30+ years, so you know what an owner's week looks like. (Someone in your thread said the same, and you agreed to pull a line of it higher.)
- The three-step process ("Learn your week", "Pick one thing", "Do it together") is concrete and calm. "Sometimes that's AI, sometimes it's simpler" is exactly what a wary owner needs to hear.
Your next task
Swap the hero button to your Calendly call, add one line explaining Mugen Solutions, then post the new top section in your roast thread and ask owners: "Would you book this call?"
In 30 seconds: Strength: An owner-language headline, a restaurant-family origin story and a calm three-step process. Fix first: The hero's only button opens the workshop request form for coworking spaces and groups; point it at the owner's 30-minute call. Then: Explain Mugen Solutions, give the paid help a shaped first step, add one real local-business result.
No promises. These are the changes we'd make first, from the public page alone. None guarantees a sale; most first digital products sell modestly or not at all, and traffic matters as much as the page. Are you the maker and want this taken down or updated?
