Where the fee numbers come from
Etsy's own help pages, read on October 28, 2026: $0.20 listing fee (about £0.15 / €0.18), 6.5% transaction fee on item + shipping, payment processing (US 3% + $0.25; UK 4% + £0.20; EU 4% + €0.30), the Regulatory Operating fee (UK 0.48%, France 1.14%, Italy 0.80%, Spain 0.88%), VAT on Etsy's fees unless you've added a VAT ID, and Offsite Ads (15% or 12%, capped per order). The rates sit in yellow cells you can edit if Etsy changes them. Check them against Etsy's pages before you set prices.
